How Griffin are supporting through COVID-19

Our number one priority from the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic has been everybody’s safety. At Griffin we have taken steps to prevent spread of the virus and how we have been adapting to the situation:

  • We have rolled out remote working where possible throughout the office and engineers across the business, so all our consultants are assessing the needs of clients virtually and safely from home. Also assisting sites where possible via phone for resets where possible.
  • Consistently communicating with and briefing our workers so they understand the exact hygiene rules and two-metre social distancing regulations they must follow in the workplace. We have also issued out safety measures and protective equipment to engineers when attending sites.
  • Reassessing our RAMS fortnightly with updates from the governments to ensure we are up to date with all current regulations.
  • We have advised Engineers to inform us straight away if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or live with anyone who has symptoms. With this they are advised to self-isolate immediately for two weeks to ensure safety and to get tested. This is so we can ensure we are not spreading the virus and putting themselves or others at risk.
